本次活动将面向全球公开征集具有相关规划设计经验的规划设计机构参与，本项目共分为3个标段，欢迎全球优秀的规划设计机构报名并递交项目建议书。竞赛委员会将通过项目建议书的评审，每个标段选取5家竞赛单位参加此次竞赛活动，具体事宜公告如下：

四、项目建议书的递交要求及选定参赛单位
